Fitness Assessment
I take four pictures of you from the front, back and sides enabling me to assess your stance. I will be able to see from these pictures and during the assessment if your body is out of alignment. Because our body works as a functional unit I need to analyse the position of your head, shoulders, hips, and feet. These are just some of the areas that can indicate whether there is a problem.
This is a simple flexibility test, assessing the major joints in your body. This test will indicate to me which muscles may be weak and overactive.
This test will confirm the results from the other tests, by taking you through different movement patterns I will be able to plan an effective training programme.
These are Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate, Body Measurements; Lung Functional Test, Height, Weight, Body Fat Analysis, Cholesterol and Biological Age Test.
These are based on the level of you fitness, and your goals. They can consist of 12 minute walk/run test, bleep test, muscular endurance test, strength test, chester step test and sit up bleep test etc. I can also set up specific tests to assess readiness to join forces such as Army, Navy etc.
This is a computerised test using a pin prick sample and within 3 minutes gives your overall cholesterol levels.
This test tells me how fit you are for your age i.e. you may be 50 years old but be extremely fit and have the fitness age of a 30 year old, along with this test comes the results for risk of cardiac illness. This tells me the likelihood of you suffering any cardiovascular diseases due to your current lifestyle.
A test to find out you bodies composition, it is the amount of lean and fat that makes up your total body weight.
