This is a 6 phase plan that will inclued all the primary movement patterns.The phases will start at position sense exercises and move onto weak link activation and kinetic chain intergration, this is the positional stabilisation phase, then onto the preformance stabilisation that will include, endurance, hypertrophy, maximal strength and the power phase.
The aim is to restore the range of motion, correct and rebiuld functional movement, strength, endurance and power, re-establishes neuromuscular balance and control, and provides positive progress for a specific sport or healthier lifestyle.
